About Us

Ana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has spent the majority of her career providing services to children, adolescents, adults and families in Tallahassee. She holds a Master’s degree in social work, with more than 45 years experience working in both the public and private sector. Her experience includes diagnostic assessments; individual, couples, group and family counseling; crisis intervention and brief treatment; out-patient counseling; residential programming; community outreach; client advocacy, and psycho-educational services. 

Ana is a Master Trainer in Motivational Interviewing and Teaching Alternatives to Gangs and has more than 35 years of training experience. In addition, she has served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Florida State University College of Social Work and as an Adjunct Professor with the Thomas University School of Social Work. Ana enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds. She is bilingual and is fluent in English and Spanish.
